Kerasia Beach House

Just steps from the sea, sits a charming coastal villa on one of Corfu’s most beautiful beaches. The four bedroom house is situated at the far end of Kerasia beach, in Durrell country. It’s a peaceful, nicely private location, with the pebbly beach in front and backing onto a large olive grove. In seconds, you can be in the sea and eat fresh fish at the waterfront taverna, mere footsteps along the shoreline. Guests can also access the taverna’s rustic wooden jetty, an ideal spot for a morning dip, an iconic photo or mooring your rental boat.

The interiors have recently been finished with exceptional flair. Pale walls set off interesting pieces of furniture and decorative art, creating a tapestry of texture and pattern with a fresh, contemporary feel. There’s a bright, modern kitchen with a double-height ceiling, walls adorned with colourful prints, and an airy indoor dining space. The large open-plan sitting room, with an open fireplace and eclectic mix of seating, has doors to the garden and terrace. The en-suite bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have access to the terrace and beds dressed in crisp white bed linen and beautiful fabric-covered headboards.

A large shaded terrace adjoins the villa, which houses an al fresco dining & seating area. There’s plenty of outdoor space to set sunloungers in the sun or shade, and this year, guests can enjoy cooling off in a newly installed pool.
